The Iconic Curly Brown Afro Wig
For over three plus years, many of you have known me by my big, curly brown Afro wig. It became a signature look in my content and a symbol of my journey in adult entertainment. But here's the thing: that wasn't my real hair. Before fully embracing this persona, I worked as a news producer and used the wig to maintain my privacy while exploring this new path. It allowed me to express myself freely without revealing my true identity.
Embracing My True Self
Recently, I reached a turning point. After receiving a nomination for an AVN award, I felt it was time to step into the light as my authentic self. I shared this part of my life with friends, family, and colleagues, marking a significant milestone in my journey.
My Natural Hair Journey
With this newfound openness, I decided to showcase my natural hair. Truth be told, it's fine, thin, and prone to breakage, making it quite different from the voluminous Afro you all loved. But that's me—embracing the real, unfiltered version.
Switching Things Up
I love change. One day, I might rock a curly wig; the next, sleek and straight. Maybe I'll throw in some braids for fun. The beauty of being an ebony woman is the freedom to switch things up, and it brings me joy.
