Can someone genuinely love their partner and still cheat on them?

That was the question I brought to Spicy Spectrum Live this week, and for the first time on the show, I had men openly talk about their own experiences with cheating.

One man told me about cheating on someone he says he genuinely loved. Another described a current relationship where he sees other women even though his girlfriend considers his behavior cheating.

I wanted to go beyond deciding whether cheating is simply right or wrong and ask what’s actually happening underneath these relationships.

We talked about love as an action, honesty, monogamy, open relationships, compatibility, desire, betrayal, and what happens when two people don't agree on the boundaries of their own relationship.

I also asked a question I kept coming back to throughout the conversation: If you know the relationship you want is hurting your partner, why not choose someone who wants the same kind of relationship you do?
